Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet and seat guests according to reservation requests and in proper server rotation.
- Answer phones to assist guests, accept reservation requests, and take room service orders.
- Process financial transactions and maintain inventories.
- Operate various equipment and computer systems.
- Report unusual situations or concerns to appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher.
- 1 year of related experience.
