Job Title: Power Transmission and Distribution Project Manager

At Innova Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Power Transmission and Distribution Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex power transmission and distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met, and stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement project designs, specifications, and standards.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in power transmission and distribution project management, including experience with high voltage transmission line and substation construction.
  • Strong knowledge of power transmission and distribution systems, including substations, networks, and transmission lines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
