About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Specialist to join our team in Franklin, Indiana. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for operating machines, storing finished products, performing quality inspections, and welding.

Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Ensure that machines run according to customer specifications and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Product Storage: Store finished products in the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely shipments.
  • Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure that products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Welding: Perform welding tasks as necessary to complete production projects.
  • Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
Requirements
  • Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Lifting and Bending: Lift up to 50 lbs and bend repetitively to perform various tasks.
  • Shift Work: Work 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Training and Certifications: Be willing to receive training on a forklift and other equipment as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Read, write, and understand written work orders in English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
