Nurse Care Specialist

As a Nurse Care Specialist at Magnolia Health Systems, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team at The Neighborhood at Willow Crossing, a skilled nursing facility specializing in quality memory care.
About the Role:- To supervise and manage personnel on your unit, ensuring that residents' needs are met.
- Responsibilities include total care of all residents on your unit and supervision of direct care staff.
- You will review daily assignments of nursing staff to assure that assigned duties are consistent with ability and training.
- Coordinate nursing services with other departments, such as dietary, social services, activities, physical therapy, etc.
- Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents on your unit.
- A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current license by the State of Indiana in good standing.
- Possess a health certificate/examination as required by state agencies.
- At least one year's experience in Long Term Care or related field is preferred.
- You must display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending, and heavy lifting.
- Maintain a professional attitude, including confidentiality, concern for all people, cooperativeness, and conscientious use of time.
