Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to work with our adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with various physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and mobility.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on proper care and safety techniques.
  • Accurately document client progress and care plans.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current MD Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
