About the Job

As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing mail, and ordering supplies. We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate employee and client medical records
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Ordering office supplies
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Guaranteeing the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Participating in special department projects as needed

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and manner
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift and carry 15-20 lbs
• Background free of disqualifying convictions
