Position Summary
We are seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to oversee all phases of renovation and new construction initiatives, from the initial planning stages through to the completion of construction, including a follow-up during the warranty period.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate project development and execution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of financial management related to construction budgets.
- Understand and interpret legal documentation pertinent to development projects.
- Acquire knowledge of non-profit affordable housing development, including relevant programs, regulations, and funding sources at federal, state, and local levels.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills in Excel.
