Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team at Fresh Start Contracting in Burlington, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and supervising construction crews
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with our team of skilled carpenters, managers, and laborers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and understand architect and engineering plans
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
