Role SummaryThe Café Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily food service activities, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met. This role involves managing staff and supporting financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, mentor, and guide team members.
- Design and implement marketing strategies for special events and promotions.
- Ensure adherence to sanitation and cleanliness protocols.
- Manage budgetary constraints while seeking innovative ways to enhance operations.
- Oversee all café activities.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in food service.
- Background in restaurants, corporate dining, or related fields.
- Familiarity with cash handling and food service equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- ServSafe or equivalent certification is preferred.
