Job Overview

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and presentation
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities, including visual merchandising and sales floor displays
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Assist with receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives
  • Perform other duties as directed by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and special projects
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Retail experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role
