Production Equipment Operator

Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking skilled production equipment operators for our expanding manufacturing operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up and managing various production machines in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and operate machinery used in food production, including fillers and packaging systems.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues during production, making necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct routine sanitation and prepare equipment for subsequent production runs.
  • Perform quality control checks throughout the production process, monitoring temperature and consistency.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in high-speed or food machinery operation.
  • At least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
  • 1 year of experience in quality inspection processes.

Work Schedule:

Available shifts include 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
