Job Overview

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator - Receiving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations at our 3PL warehouse in Chattanooga, TN. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in managing receiving exceptions and maintaining a smooth supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve supplier receipt exceptions to ensure timely and efficient processes.
  • Oversee and maintain the receipt exception database to keep everything organized and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the Receiving team to verify and account for receipt exceptions, contributing to smooth warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or administrative roles in a warehouse or operations setting.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data and create reports.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and follow-through that ensures nothing is missed.

Pay Details: 15.12 per hour
