Job Requirements:

As a skilled maintenance professional, you will be responsible for on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the optimal performance and safety of client systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
  • Install, repair, and replace electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while on-site.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls, work performed, and parts used.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance job performance.

Requirements:

  • Valid and up-to-date Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC licenses in the state(s) of operation.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, ideally within the electrical, plumbing, or HVAC industries.
  • Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites within the designated service area.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment, working in various environments.
