Electrical Engineering Technician

The EADS Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Technician to support our clients and workload in the Altoona, PA Office. As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will work under the direction of a Project Manager to design, develop, and provide electrical solutions for a wide range of architectural, municipal, and site-related projects. Your tasks will include assisting with the preparation of design deliverables, report preparation, data analysis, and field investigations. You will work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines, including Professional Engineers, Architects, and Technicians, to support them from an electrical standpoint.
Responsibilities- Designing and developing electrical solutions for various projects
- Preparing design deliverables and reports
- Conducting data analysis and field investigations
The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree or post-secondary training in Engineering Technology or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of related experience in the electrical engineering field. Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education. You should also have a working knowledge of AutoCAD.
