Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to our clinical team, ensuring adherence to BACB standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop function-based treatments.
  • Provide training and coaching to our clinical team on ABA best practices and clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality client outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, or related field).
  • BCBA certification.
  • Strong ABA and clinical skills, with experience in behavioral therapy and supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
