We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor RN to join our team at All's Well. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct supervision and mentoring to subordinate nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating.
  • Ensure staff familiarity with program policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Oversee the execution of treatment service plans in alignment with our organization's values, mission, and strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with all programmatic or project contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with Quality Improvement and Electronic Health Record staff for policy and procedural adherence.
  • Communicate updates or changes in programs or the agency to direct reports.
  • Develop efficient systems within contractual and agency limitations.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership in health education and medication support.
  • Participate in performance and quality improvement, planning, and goal setting.
  • Lead and champion process changes within the organization.
  • Document required information accurately in electronic clinical records.
  • Ensure organizational readiness for accreditation surveys and ongoing quality monitoring.
  • Coordinate with department heads for program integration.
  • Provide direct care coordination support for participants.
Performance and Quality Improvement Responsibilities:
  • Write, review, and recommend policies and procedures for nursing and organizational processes.
  • Participate actively in Quality Improvement activities, potentially acting as a change champion.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders on audits, reviews, and surveys.
  • Support internal quality improvement efforts.
Training Responsibilities:
  • Train nursing, health and wellness, and behavioral health staff to enhance clinical skills.
  • Orient new Health and Wellness staff to program policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Support staff training in quality improvement functions, including Medication Assisted Treatment, clinical documentation, and confidentiality/privacy practices.
  • Provide training on clinical and quality improvement issues as needed.
Program Development and Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Develop program areas supporting nursing care, complex care management, care coordination, and participant continuity of care.
  • Participate in grant/funding program development activities as appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Active/Clear RN License
