Your expertise will ensure compliance with Title 24, California Code of Regulations (CCRs), and consistency of interpretations. You will also maintain current certification/registration with the appropriate licensing board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a multi-disciplinary team of staff in the performance of plan review of healthcare facility construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Title 24, California Code of Regulations (CCRs), and consistency of interpretations.
  • Maintain current certification/registration with the appropriate licensing board.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely response to clients' needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the plan review process.
Requirements
  • Experience in healthcare facility construction and review.
  • Knowledge of California Building Standards Codes, Title 24 Building Codes and Regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
