Job Summary

WellSpace Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our THRIVE Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational supervision and support to staff in the THRIVE Program
• Coordinate care teams and supervise all center-based support staff
• Develop and implement procedures in conjunction with staff and Director
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, other WellSpace Health facilities, and staff

Requirements

• Three years health center management experience in an outpatient or related healthcare setting preferred
• College degree preferred, but relevant work experience will be considered
• Ability to problem-solve in an outpatient or related healthcare setting
• Demonstrated ability using computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and email
• Strong organization skills and ability to develop positive relationships with staff

Work Environment

The work environment is characteristic of a typical office environment. The employee must also possess hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the phone. The employee may be in contact with individuals and families in crisis who may be ill, using substances, and/or not attentive to personal health and safety for themselves or their homes. The employee may experience a number of unpleasant sensory demands associated with the client's use of alcohol and drugs, and the lack of personal care. The employee may also be exposed to bodily fluids (blood, urine) and hazardous chemicals.
