Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agronomy Operations Specialist to join our team at Central Farm Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general labor duties of agronomy, ensuring efficient operations of the location, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform operational functions of the agronomy location, including blending, loading, delivery of product, and general labor.
  • Complete all related paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory in accordance with company procedures/policies.
  • Maintain facility and equipment, keeping it clean and in safe working condition.
  • Assist in other departments/locations as needed.
  • Ensure services are performed in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations.
  • Comply with all federal and state Department of Transportation regulations and strive for excellent Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scores.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting all maintenance items to supervisor.
  • Maintain equipment in operational and cleanly appearances at all times.
  • Represent yourself and Central Farm Service professionally at all times in action and appearance.
Requirements
  • Maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
  • Maintain required Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification.
  • Maintain insurability requirements in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines.
  • Ability to obtain commercial applicators license.
  • Acceptable driving record.
