  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing nursing staff, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving financial targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient care and organizational performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current, active State of Florida RN license or endorsement.
  • Minimum two years of acute care clinical experience, with progressive leadership or nursing management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of TJC, Florida Nurse Practice Act, and other applicable agency regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
