Job Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors, responding to inquiries, and directing them to relevant staff or resources.
- Perform administrative tasks, including mail distribution, office supply management, and operation of office equipment.
- Screen and route telephone calls, providing information and directing inquiries as necessary.
- Offer administrative support to faculty and staff, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant state, federal, and college regulations regarding student records and sensitive information.
- Comply with all published college rules, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to document retention, FERPA, and confidentiality.
- Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, and professional engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be a currently enrolled Santa Fe College student in good academic standing, taking six or more credit hours.
- A criminal background check will be conducted.
- Must maintain a 2.5 GPA.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Adaptability to change, with a willingness to be flexible and supportive in a rapidly growing environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
