Akoya Behavioral Health is a dynamic and clinician-owned in-home ABA program focused on supporting children with autism and their families. Our team is led by a BCBA with extensive experience in the ABA field, having served families and children across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of clinical programming for a caseload of clients, ensuring tailored support and effective treatment plans.
  • Support, training, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), promoting their growth and development.
  • Completion of initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients, informing data-driven decision-making.
  • Data analysis and treatment adjustment for clients on caseload, driving continuous improvement and exceptional outcomes.
  • Implementation of ongoing caregiver support, empowering families to play an active role in their child's progress.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Development of training platforms, equipping clinical staff with the latest knowledge and best practices.
  • Development of clinical staff feedback systems, fostering a culture of open communication and growth.
  • Oversight of clinical documentation quality, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Licensure in the state of Michigan as a Behavior Analyst.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing employees and RBTs, with a focus on leadership and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate clearly.
