Achieve Center LLC is dedicated to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve their goals and thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our Treatment Plans are carefully designed to unleash the complete potential of every child, step by step.

Role Description

The role involves creating and implementing individualized Treatment Plans, conducting Behavior Analysis, Parent training, staff training and support, and managing behavioral interventions for children with ASD.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Treatment Plans tailored to each child's needs
  • Conduct Behavior Analysis and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Train parents and staff on ABA techniques and strategies
  • Manage behavioral interventions and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and License
  • Knowledge of Parent Education and Training
  • Expertise in Behavior Management
  • Experience working with children with ASD
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to conduct standardized assessment tools
  • Knowledge in SBT and FBA
  • Safety Care trained
