About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Host to join our team at Ambar - Shaw. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests
  • Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently
  • Seat guests and manage seating arrangements
  • Offer menu knowledge and recommendations
  • Assist with waitlists and ensure timely seating
  • Engage with guests, answer questions, and address concerns

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
  • A commitment to excellence and providing top-notch service
  • The ability to work well with servers, bussers, and other staff
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle reservations and seating accurately
