Position Overview

Compensation and Benefits:

Role Summary:
The individual will collaborate with fellow technicians and work autonomously to execute installations and service requests. They will be accountable for the efficient completion of daily tasks and documentation assigned to them. The technician will also oversee the upkeep and maintenance of their designated vehicle.

  • Exceptional communication abilities are essential
  • Must be self-driven, focused on tasks, and capable of implementing best practices
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools is necessary

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute single-room audio/video installations and configurations
  • Set up and install satellite and cable systems
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting for basic systems
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Araknis networking setup
  • Perform basic installations and configurations for networking/data systems
  • Carry out basic programming for single-room advanced systems, including Control4
  • Possess a foundational understanding of multi-room systems and their configurations
  • Have a basic grasp of security system programming and design
  • Understand Imagine More Services Corp's single-room systems
  • Hold a CEDIA ESTII certification or be willing to obtain it within six months of employment
  • Complete Academy training or achieve this within six months of hire
  • Finish ProSource University training within the first year of employment

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Able to participate in a rotating on-call service schedule
  • Proficient in all Assistant-level qualifications
  • Competent in desktop and mobile computing skills
  • Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check (required for certification)
  • At least one year of relevant field experience is required
