Job Summary
ZOLL LifeVest is seeking a highly motivated Patient Service Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for training patients and caregivers on the proper use of our wearable defibrillator devices. Your primary goal will be to ensure patient satisfaction and understanding of the device's features and benefits.

We are seeking candidates with 1 year of patient care experience and a strong background in healthcare. You will be working closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless communication between patients, caregivers, and our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evening and weekend activities as needed
  • Measure the patient and determine correct garment size
  • Fax signed copies of Patient Agreement & WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours of assignment

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
