Air Defense Systems Modeling and Simulation Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Air Defense Systems Modeling and Simulation Engineer to support our DoD customers on a wide range of challenging modeling, simulation, and system analysis projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and model all aspects of defensive weapons systems, including flight dynamics, navigation and communications systems, onboard sensors, and Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) systems.
- Develop and maintain digital and hardware-in-the-loop simulation architectures, and conduct studies using simulations to report results.
Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a closely related degree program from an accredited institution, and 5+ years of professional experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills, as well as a desire to work with a highly technical team.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with 6-DoF batch and/or real-time simulation architectures, and their use in Monte Carlo and parametric simulation study design and analysis.
- Experience with missile systems, including ballistic, maneuvering, surface-to-air, and anti-satellite missiles.
- Competency in C++, Python, MATLAB, Simulink, or a similar modern programming language.
