Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Senior Radar Systems Lead Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex radar-related analysis tasks
  • Performing analysis, modeling, simulation, and assessment of modern radar systems used in air-defense systems
  • Reviewing the technical work of junior staff
  • Interfacing with Government counterpart to determine objectives and develop plans for achieving the objectives and accompanying deliverables (reports, hardware, software)
  • Coordinating and managing Parsons staff across multiple functional areas to accomplish the SOW with high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar discipline, and 8+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with modern air-defense radars
  • Modeling and Simulation experience in C++ or TMAP/STIMS 2.0/3.0 Simulink models
  • Required Clearance: Active Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
Desired Skills:
  • Foreign Material Exploitation experience, system operational testing, and/or intelligence analysis

Salary Range: $117,000.00 - $210,600.00
