Senior Air Defense System Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Defense System Lead Engineer to join our team at Parsons Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex air-defense related tasks
- Respond to requests for proposals
- Interface with Government counterparts to determine objectives and develop plans for achieving objectives and accompanying deliverables (reports, hardware, software)
- Coordinate and manage Parsons staff across multiple functional areas to accomplish the Statement of Work (SOW) with high-level customer satisfaction
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
- BS, MS, or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline, and 8+ years of experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Knowledge of and experience with Air Defense systems, components, and supporting equipment: surface-to-air missiles (SAMs), TELs, radars, seekers, EO/IR systems, lasers, ATGMs, or C4 equipment
- Modeling and Simulation experience in C++ or TMAP/Simulink models
- Foreign Material Exploitation experience and/or system operational testing
- Software reverse engineering and/or cyber effects
- Experience and training in the tradecraft documentation standards a plus
