Billing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Muskego, WI. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with two days of remote work per week after training. As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of a small but growing team and support a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and send invoices to customers
  • Process daily cash applications
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain necessary information
  • Monitor customer billing and payment management systems
  • Analyze and calculate sales and use tax
Requirements:
  • Two or more years of full cycle billing experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree desired but not required
  • Larger Accounting Software Experience, such as Oracle or SAP
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Compensation:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
