Billing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Muskego, WI. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the possibility of working from home two days a week after training. As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of a small but growing team and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Process daily cash applications and manage customer billing and payment systems
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to obtain necessary information
- Analyze and calculate sales and use tax
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in full-cycle billing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is desired but not required
- Proficiency in larger accounting software such as Oracle or SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
