Automotive Sales Director

About the Role:
The Automotive Sales Director at Victory Automotive Group will be responsible for presenting pre-owned vehicles in an attractive and informative manner, promoting sales and building relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Helps customers select vehicles and promotes model options, features, value-added products and services, purchase, and finance options. Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Conducts vehicle test drives, ensuring safe driving practices are followed.
Facilitates delivery by explaining vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
Maintains accurate sales documentation and stays up-to-date on all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in used car sales.
Bilingual preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
