Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in the Greensboro area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering multi-state payroll and relevant deductions, handling employee records and onboarding, and providing payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage employee records, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide timely and accurate payroll reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong technical skills with Excel, Paylocity, and ADP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
  • Excellent benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
