Job Summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Branch Administrative Specialist to manage all general office duties. This role requires a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Certified Payroll Reports for federal jobs
  • Ensure subcontractor payments and obtain lien waivers
  • Investigate issues and problems related to subcontractors and employees
  • Assist with billings and enter weekly field payroll
  • Support office events and other duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum HS degree, preferably with additional education or equivalent experience in accounting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Billings experience
  • Notary and bilingual skills are a plus
