We are seeking a highly skilled Project Technical Leader to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a key member of our Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the technical vision of projects, working closely with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate the technical content of design and non-design projects, focusing on preemptive, preventive, and proactive approaches to delivery.
- Create water and wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer systems, pipelines, pump stations, and other engineering designs of basic to high complexity.
- Review and sign off on completed designs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to client requests for proposal (RFPs).
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff, mentoring them for future growth within the discipline and firm.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10 years of related experience, with domestic and/or international travel required.
