Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and oversight.
  • Conduct contract negotiations with clients and sub-consultants.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Perform quality control and guidance of junior staff related to hydrologic/hydraulic designs or methods.
  • Prepare and submit final plans and design reports for approval.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in hydrology, hydraulics, and ArcGIS.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in water resources engineering.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
