Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Support: Conduct wellness orientations, psychosocial assessments, and assist with transitions to higher care levels.
  • Crisis Management and Support: Offer intervention and support for residents experiencing emotional distress, loss, or other challenging life events.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in counseling or social services, particularly in long-term care or with older adults.
  • Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
