Job Summary:

As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments, negotiating payment plans with commercial and residential customers, and maintaining accurate records and reports on collection activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound collection phone calls
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers
  • Write letters, compose emails, and mail documents to collect past due funds
  • Respond to customer correspondence in a timely manner
  • Log all customer correspondence in accounting systems
  • Receive and process payments as directed
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Interface with other corporate departments
Requirements:
