Financial Performance Director

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Aramark team, the Financial Performance Director will be responsible for driving overall collections financial performance (cash flow, DSO, bad debt, etc.) for ARS. This includes developing and implementing strategic initiatives to increase cash flow and reduce DSO.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Review and analyze team metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial performance management, with experience in collections and cash flow optimization. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
