As Director of Patient Services, you will be responsible for organizing and directing our service program, ensuring compliance with Certified Home Healthcare Rules and Regulations, and developing and growing our agency.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Certified Home Healthcare, preferably in a Director or Manager role. Your strong understanding of CHHA documentation, Regulations, and DOH Rules and Regulations will be essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of our service program
- Ensure compliance with Certified Home Healthcare Rules and Regulations
- Develop and grow our Certified Home Healthcare agency
- Supervise and direct our nursing staff
- Collaborate with our Administrator to achieve agency goals
