Job Summary:

Boston Medical Center (BMC) is a leading healthcare provider in New England, committed to delivering high-quality patient care and advancing medical research. We are seeking a skilled Recovery LPN to join our Brockton Behavioral Health Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and administrative support to patients in the CSS unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Facilitate patient access to recovery-oriented substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, resources, and community recovery groups.
  • Administer medications, including immunizations and injections, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the behavioral health counselor to develop and implement recovery plans for patients with SUD, mental health, or dual diagnoses.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to patients to promote recovery and healthy lifestyle choices.
Requirements:
  • Current license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • CPR & BLS/First Aid certification upon hire.
  • Previous experience working with substance abuse patient populations preferred.
