Clinical Operations Manager, Operating Room

The Clinical Manager of the Operating Room is a Registered Nurse who oversees the daily clinical operations of the Monticello Community Surgery Center operating room. This role is responsible for directing and coordinating the clinical activities of the OR team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and manage the OR team to achieve clinical, financial, and operational goals.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless surgical procedures.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the OR services.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current Virginia Nursing License and RN certification required.
- At least three years of experience in the Operating Room, with two years of management experience in Ambulatory Surgery.
- Experience in both the scrub and circulating roles is expected.
- CORN/ACLS certification preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $93,000.00 - $149,000.00 per year.
