Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying their needs, and presenting our Medigap insurance products in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legendary service to clients via inbound and outbound phone calls
- Connect with clients, converse, and engage to understand their needs and preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets through the sale of Medigap insurance products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Proven sales or customer service experience
- Ambition and willingness to learn and grow with our agency
- Personal integrity with a dedication to doing what is right for each client
- Ability to pass a criminal background and credit check
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
