Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Patient Service Representative to join our team at Care Alliance. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and address patient questions, requests for appointments or medical advice in a professional and courteous manner
* Direct patients through the check-in/check-out process and collect pertinent demographics, guarantor and insurance information in the Practice Management System/Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
* Modify clinical staff schedules as needed
* Work with underserved and disadvantaged persons, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and compassion
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 1 year of Patient Services experience
* Minimum 1 year of Medical records experience
* Ability to speak, read, write and converse in English and Spanish
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
