Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Patient Service Representative to join our team at Care Alliance. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and address patient questions, requests for appointments or medical advice
• Direct patients through the check-in/check-out process
• Collect and update pertinent demographics, guarantor and insurance information in the Practice Management System/Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
• Modify clinical staff schedules as needed
• Provide critical first contact between patient and Care Alliance Health Center

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 1 year of Patient Services experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical records Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using EPIC
• Ability to speak, read, write and converse in English and Spanish
• Well-developed communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm
