Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is seeking a highly skilled Teller/Backup Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Woodsville Main Branch. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and offering product solutions to meet the financial needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Offer personalized banking solutions to customers, including deposit and loan services.
- Provide account services, including cash handling, check cashing, and ATM balancing.
- Scan transactions for electronic submission and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with cash ordering and management as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy.
- Strong cash handling and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in computer-based systems and software.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
