At GEICO, we're committed to providing exceptional service and solutions to our customers. As a Title Processing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in assisting policyholders in all 50 states after their vehicles have been declared a total loss.

As a dedicated and compassionate individual, you'll interact with customers, financial institutions, and our internal staff to compile paperwork and issue claims payments. Through our paid, industry-leading training, you'll learn how to ensure a smooth insurance claims handling process.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a demonstrated willingness to learn, and is open to feedback and change. This role is perfect for individuals who are continuous learners, as Title Processing Specialists are consistently challenged to learn more and increase their knowledge of our industry and company.

We offer a competitive salary of $17.37 per hour / $35,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package, including Premier Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick and Parental Leave, 401(k) Plan, Tuition Reimbursement, and Paid Training and Licensures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist policyholders in all 50 states after their vehicles have been declared a total loss
  • Interact with customers, financial institutions, and our internal staff to compile paperwork and issue claims payments
  • Ensure a smooth insurance claims handling process through our paid, industry-leading training
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be open to feedback and change

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to function in all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Outstanding customer service and professional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work successfully in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
