About The Job

The HR People Experience Manager plays a critical role in supporting the organization's human resources functions, including employee relations, talent management, and benefits administration. This position requires a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of seven years of experience in HR-related roles.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with certification through HRCI or SHRM. A proven track record of success in human resources, including a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance on employee relations, including disputes and investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, and development programs.
  • Benefits Administration: Collaborate with external benefits consultants, provide support and guidance on employee benefits, and work with the organization's HRIS system to streamline benefits administration processes.
  • Policy Review & Compliance: Conduct multi-state compliance reviews and updates, research and develop a sexual harassment training program, identify and implement a suitable LMS, and ensure all offices maintain state-specific compliance.

Requirements:

  • Education and/or Experience: Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least seven years of experience in HR-related roles. Certification through HRCI or SHRM is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Leadership/Management, or a related field, experience in multiple areas of HR, bilingualism, and experience working for a non-profit organization.
