The HR Analytics Role: The HR Analytics Consultant is responsible for completing assigned projects by conducting data analysis within defined time and scope parameters. This role supports the federal government HR objectives by running existing reports and developing new reports based on business requirements.

Job Description:

  • Run existing reports and develop new reports to support Human Resources department business objectives.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide results to customers to support project and program goals.
  • Assist in the development of formal analytics products, including dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Document processes and procedures used in analytics development to ensure repeatability and consistency.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analytics products.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience analyzing data to meet project and program objectives.
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a report author using Business Intelligence software and/or experience writing SQL queries.
  • Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets.
  • Excellent documentation skills to support process standardization and knowledge sharing.
