Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the HR strategy for the business unit, working closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with overall business goals.

  7. Offer HR support and consultation to employees at all levels, managing complex employee relations and providing solutions that align with business needs.
  8. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment in the implementation of company-wide HR processes and initiatives, adapting them to meet local business needs.
  9. Provide insights and expertise in decision-making processes related to human capital, bringing external perspectives and best practices to strategic and operational discussions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  1. At least 8-10 years of experience in HRBP roles, with a strong background in partnering with leadership teams and driving organizational change.
  2. Experience working with global teams and in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in the high-tech industry.
  3. Proven ability to manage and implement organizational changes and lead complex HR initiatives.
  4. Solid understanding of HR disciplines, including talent management, leadership development, and performance management.
  5. Experience with HRIS, benefits administration, and utilizing HR data to drive decision-making.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Educational Requirements:

  1. BA in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field required.
  2. MBA or advanced qualification preferred, though not required.
